Christ Ambassador Central International serves as the Southern African National Headquarters of the Celestial Church of Christ, providing spiritual leadership, prophetic direction, and administrative coordination for the mission and growth of the Church across the Southern African region.
For the past 28 years, the Headquarters has remained a center of worship, prayer, evangelism, counselling, and prophetic ministry, supporting the unity and development of Celestial Church parishes throughout Southern Africa. Through regular worship services, national spiritual programmes, leadership coordination, and pastoral guidance, the Headquarters continues to strengthen believers and expand the work of God across the region.
The Southern African National Headquarters operates under the spiritual leadership of Reverend Prophet Evangelist Professor Julius O. Ogunsola (JP), General Superintendent of the Celestial Church of Christ Southern Africa and Path Finder of the Celestial Church of Christ Southern African Region, and Shepherd-in-Charge of Christ Ambassador Central International. His leadership continues to promote holiness, discipline, unity, and obedience to the guidance of the Holy Spirit across the Church in Southern Africa.
As the Headquarters marks its 28th anniversary, Christ Ambassador Central International remains committed to strengthening the spiritual foundation of the Church in the region and advancing the ongoing reconstruction and development of the Southern African National Headquarters Cathedral, including the construction of a standard auditorium to better serve worshippers and future generations.
Today, Christ Ambassador Central International stands as a spiritual home, a center of prophetic ministry, and a symbol of unity and growth for members of the Celestial Church of Christ across Southern Africa and the global Celestial family.

Celestial Church of Christ
The Celestial Church of Christ is a Holy Spirit–inspired church founded through divine revelation by the Reverend Pastor Founder, Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa, in 1947 in Porto-Novo. The Church was established by the will and direction of God to bring salvation, healing, deliverance, prophecy, and spiritual restoration to all people through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Since its founding, the Celestial Church of Christ has grown into a worldwide spiritual family, with parishes across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and other parts of the world. The Church continues to welcome people of all nations into fellowship under the banner of Christ, emphasizing holiness, prayer, faith, obedience, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
The Celestial Church of Christ is known for its strong prophetic ministry, disciplined spiritual practices, reverent worship, and commitment to righteous living. Members are encouraged to live lives of purity, humility, and dedication to God while actively participating in prayer, evangelism, and service to humanity.
Today, the Church stands as a place of worship, healing, prophecy, and divine encounter for believers around the world.
The Reverend Pastor Founder, Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa, was born in 1909 in Porto-Novo. He was called by God through a divine encounter that led to the establishment of the Celestial Church of Christ in 1947.
According to Church history, while traveling through a forest during a timber-cutting expedition, he experienced a supernatural encounter with God. During this encounter, he received divine instructions to begin a spiritual mission that would later become the Celestial Church of Christ. He was instructed to preach repentance, holiness, prayer, healing, and faith in Jesus Christ.
Through his obedience to God’s calling, the Church began as a small prayer fellowship and quickly grew through the manifestation of miracles, healing, prophecy, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Reverend Pastor Founder Oshoffa faithfully led the Church until his passing in 1985, leaving behind a strong spiritual foundation and a global church movement that continues to impact millions of believers today.
How the Celestial Church of Christ Began
The Celestial Church of Christ began as a divine spiritual movement revealed through prayer and obedience to God’s instruction. From its earliest days, the Church emphasized:

We are committed to proclaiming deliverance to those bound by spiritual oppression, healing to the brokenhearted and the sick, restoration to the hopeless, and strength to the weak, while nurturing and reinforcing the faith of all believers.
Through the unfailing righteousness and faithfulness of God Almighty and Jesus Christ, we remain dedicated to advancing His Kingdom and transforming lives across Southern Africa and beyond.
Our mission
The primary mission of CCC South Africa HQ is to worship God Almighty in holiness and reverence, and to advance the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and the imminent Kingdom of God through dynamic evangelism, Bible classes, Bible lectures, spiritual forums, and the effective use of print and electronic media.
We are committed to preparing believers for the second coming of Christ, promoting Christian unity, and strengthening the body of Christ across all communities.
The mission further extends to establishing and supporting educational institutions such as schools, colleges, seminaries, and research centres, while nurturing Christian values within families to promote peace, stability, and strong moral foundations in homes, communities, and nations.
CCC South Africa HQ is also dedicated to charitable works and relief efforts, as well as promoting crime-free and drug-free environments through prayer, counselling, and spiritual guidance.

The CCC SA HQ Central Media serves as the official communications and media ministry of Christ Ambassador Central International, the Southern African National Headquarters of the Celestial Church of Christ. The department is responsible for documenting, preserving, and broadcasting the spiritual activities, prophetic programmes, worship services, leadership messages, and major events of the Church across Southern Africa and to the global Celestial community.
The department is headed by Joseph Opeyemi Adebambo (popularly known as Captain Joassycan), a dedicated media professional and the Founder, CEO, and Executive Creative Director of City Alert Plus CAPtv Global (Cappers World), as well as the Originator of the Motivation Award. With extensive experience in media leadership, digital communications, and creative production, he brings vision, innovation, and excellence to strengthening the Church’s communication outreach and global engagement.
He serves in this role by appointment of Reverend Prophet Evangelist Professor Julius O. Ogunsola (JP), the General Superintendent of CCC Southern Africa, providing strategic media direction in support of the spiritual mission and administrative activities of the Southern African National Headquarters.

CCC SA HQ Central church choir
The CCC SA HQ Central Church Choir is a vibrant ministry dedicated to leading the congregation in heartfelt worship, praise, and thanksgiving unto God. Through spirit-filled songs and uplifting melodies, the choir creates an atmosphere of reverence and spiritual connection, ministering comfort, faith, and inspiration to the church and wider community.
Under the leadership of Solomon O., the choir is committed to excellence in worship, unity in service, and the consistent expression of God’s presence through music. The ministry also works closely with the instrumentalists and technical team to ensure a powerful and orderly worship experience during all services and programmes.
The choir celebrates its annual anniversary with a special programme known as “Cantata”, a joyful celebration of praise and thanksgiving. This event brings together choirs from different branches across South Africa, creating a powerful gathering of united worship and musical ministration in honour of God.

The CCC SA HQ Children’s Church is a nurturing and faith-building ministry dedicated to guiding children in the knowledge and love of God. Through Bible teachings, worship, prayer, and interactive learning, the ministry helps children develop strong Christian values from an early age.
Under the leadership of Omogo S., the Children’s Church focuses on spiritual growth, moral development, and a joyful understanding of God’s Word in a safe and engaging environment. The ministry plays a vital role in raising the next generation of faithful believers within CCC South Africa HQ.
Through love, care, and structured teaching, the Children’s Church continues to shape young hearts to walk in the ways of Christ.
The CCC SA HQ Church Workers are a dedicated group of servants committed to the smooth running and spiritual support of all church activities. They play a vital role in ensuring order, discipline, and excellence during services, programmes, and special events.
